Coming out of lockdown, here in the UK, has been amazing. Meeting friends and loved ones outside and seeing shops opening again feels so special. I still can’t believe that we are in the first week of May already!!!
However, for some, it is a very difficult time. We could still be very nervous or even fearful of venturing out and mixing with others. This is understandable and I would suggest, allow those feelings to surface and be very gentle with yourself as we move forward with life.
