And what if you lost your car keys? You’d do everything to find them, wouldn’t you? If you lost your phone, you’d be searching everywhere to get it back. 
The messages we send to our subconscious mind when we constantly talk about losing weight is – “I’m losing weight, I need to find it again. I need to get it back.” 
 
This might explain why the weight keeps going back on every time you lose it. Your subconscious is just getting it back for you.
