I run highly successful 6 online Love Yourself private 1:1 coaching sessions.

This work was developed from the teachings of Louise L. Hay, internationally renowned teacher and best-selling author, a pioneer in personal development. The 6 session course works at a very deep level. The positive changes that women see can’t be done alone nor with just reading her books.

Each session will last approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours to give you plenty of time to explore and express your thoughts and feelings.

These 6 sessions will help you:

  • Become aware of negative thoughts and how you can change them
  • Discover family patterns and how they affect your life and choices
  • Unlock a new future by learning to love yourself and others
  • Continue your journey of self-discovery and unconditional self-love which will not only change your life but those around you

There is also growth work material which accompanies this package to help you process what has been covered at each session and to help the work go deeper. 

You’ll also have access to me (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) via DM, to ask me anything or for extra support.

A chance to work through a specific issue with me in a confidential space. A special session to help you gain clarity and perspective.

Or you want to see if working with me on my 6 session package might be for you but you’re not quite ready to commit energetically or financially.  

Below are the one off sessions I offer in a 90 minute to 2 hour time slot as I want you to feel you have plenty of time to explore your feelings and to share what you need to:

When Life Feels Hard – Sometimes life can feel very hard, tough and no amount of resilience seems to help. This is when you need to take a step back and breathe. During this session, we will do just that and also experience some deep healing and support. By giving yourself this time, you will naturally settle into what is important to you and the healing process can begin.

Intention Setting Experience – this can be taken at any time of year. You will get to create space just for you and connect with your vision and inner wisdom. You will let go of being reactive and in survival mode and open up to receive abundance in your life.

Healing the Inner Child – the essential pathway to emotional healing and connection. The inner child is the unconscious part of you that holds the early memories forming the basis of your beliefs and “stories” about life.

Mother Wound Healing – opening the door to understanding, accepting and healing the (sometimes) complicated relationship with our mothers.

Letting Go & Creating Space – cleaning out and transmuting any rubbish from our past and creating more energetic, physical, emotional and relational space for abundance to be welcomed in.

Connecting to Your Feminine Power – realising the true empowered woman you have always been. Feminine power means having a voice, a choice and accessing your personal power and will.

Honouring Boundaries – setting the physical, emotional, and mental limits in all our relationships that allow us to protect ourselves from being manipulated, used, violated, or enmeshed in other people’s needs.
